Mr. Pollock founded National Insurance Partners ("NIP") in 2004 in order to become a leading independent risk management and financial solutions organization. Mr. Pollock has more than 25 years experience as Chairman and CEO of various companies he has formed or acquired.
In 2002, Mr. Pollock began a consulting practice focused on director protection and risk management. He advises directors of corporations, banks, and mutual funds on their current protection and how to improve that protection. Mr. Pollock has written several articles on the subject of director protection and has been a featured National Association of Corporate Director (NACD) panelist. During Mr. Pollock's career, he has practiced law, been general counsel of a large company and has formed, consolidated, acquired and sold several businesses. As Chairman and CEO of all his corporate formations, one of his largest and most successful was Hanover Energy which included the acquisition of United Gas Pipeline, a large interstate gas pipeline which had 1,700 employees and $1.5 billion of assets. He also formed Hanover Compression which began as a consolidation of small compression leasing companies and today is a NYSE traded company.
Mr. Pollock graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa earning a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and received a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia. He also played quarterback on three consecutive Ivy League Championship football teams. Mr. Hetzel is a senior partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf, an international law firm with a principal office in New York City where he practices in the firm's global litigation practice. Mr. Dwyer is an International Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, the largest real estate firm traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Cantor Debt Capital Markets (DCM), launched in 2003, has leveraged the

Dr. Kirk Andrus grew up in the Salinas Valley, graduated from Dartmouth College in 1972, and received his MD from the University of California at Davis Medical School in 1976. He completed a UCSF Family Practice residency program in 1979 after which he worked as an Emergency Room physician, Family Physician, and Hospitalist. He and his wife Quincy have run a solo practice in Kelseyville, California since 1986.
Active in his profession, Dr. Andrus has served as Chief of Staff at two different hospitals and has been involved in physician leadership activity throughout his career. He is an associate clinical instructor and a member of the University of California at Davis Family Nurse Practitioner program. His community service includes serving as trustee for the local high school and he currently serves as Director of the Lake County Rodeo Association.
While at Dartmouth, Dr. Andrus played rugby and was selected as a member of the U.S. National Team to tour South Africa and Rhodesia in 1978. He refereed and played for a number of years retiring from play in 1994. Since 1979, Dr. Andrus and his family have run a small ranch raising cattle, hay, and horses. He is active in the local business association and Rotary Club.

Chuck Watson is the chairman and a founding partner of Eagle Energy. Chuck's experience includes 13 years at Conoco before he established Natural Gas Clearinghouse in 1985.
